Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens is just within the boundary. Most of the pubs are actually wine\/cocktail\/sports bars. Real ale was available until last year. It became the Barge &amp; Barrel in Spring 2024 and real al was reinstated. There are two on Fawcett Street, the other five can be found on West Sunniside.
