At the very north end of the promenade is the entrance to the Park. This is the pub part of The Roker Hotel, which is adjacent. This pub used to be the brewery tap for S43 Brewery, which is no more. Real ale was removed later , but there has been one report that one handpull was in use in the Spring ( 2024). It was the brewery tap for Blockyard Brewery, which had a brew house behind the hotel. Blockyard have closed down but there are plans for <strong>North Pier Brewery <\/strong>to move in ( Letter B on the map)       <a href=\"https:\/\/www1.camra.org.uk\/pubs\/queen-vic-sunderland-192704\">Queen Vic, Sunderland &#8211; CAMRA Experience<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vaux Brewery<\/strong> are developing the changing shelter that is at the end of the Promenade.
